Spit Braai & Hire was established in 1995 and has mastered Spit Braai Catering to a fine art. We can cater at absolutely any venue (no plug point is necessary), be it at a game farm, next to a dam or any indoor venue. Our equipment is gas operated - No smoke, No mess.
